Dear Dr. Crivelli & Sandra,

You two are a great team.  When I first came here in late April '09 due to a car accident, I didn't think the pain would go away.  You did my assessment and assured me that I will heal, but of course it will take time and effort.  And boy do I feel better!

Your personalities are exceptional, you're freindly and patient (which I know is hard sometimes).  I appreciate the care and attention whick was given to me.  Continue to be as great as you are.  There are blessings awaiting you.
